PROBATE-COURT "SHOCKING" DISLOYALTY, DISRESPECT AND DEVILMENT |

on July 31st, 2015 all 3 of us children went to probate court. the SAME DISPICABLE CHILD was asked to speak 1st because she is the 1 who paid for the hearing. ...before GOD she "cried" and "LIED" to the judge saying that me and my brother chose UGLY GHETTO caskets for my mother. and that SHE had no pick in the choosing of them. (LIES LIES LIES, no! we had ALL stood there and picked and agreed on our moms casket. she told the judge that me and my brother have CRIMINAL records and have been to jail before (Traffic Tickets mind you. over 30years ago at that) ...she went on to Whine and cry to the Judge that SHE should be in charge of the money because of all that, ..and that in HER heart she BELIEVES there may have been a will that would have put HER in charge of the money, but me and my BROTHER probably destroyed it. she BEGGED the judge to let HER be in charge of the money. ...after her snowjob display, the lil FEW moments i did get to speak i told the judge she has ALREADY done SEVERAL SHADY dispicable Financial things since my moms death, (and since i Didnt come to court prepared for a Public FAMILY-BASHING SMEAR-CAMPAGNE CIRCUS-SHOW like SHE did) i suggested to the judge there was a courtroom full of people so if we could go into Chambers i could DETAIL each event so that he would fully understand.
she was still Fake crying and blubbering during all this so looking at her he cut me off saying, "wellll, idk, she seems pretty Sencere.
(now keep in mind just Moments before Court began my brother and i paid for a petition for JOINT-representativeship. meaning WHOEVER got appointed that day there would be 1more of our names also attatched to stop any FURTHUR secret thievery) i Brought that up to the judge and yet once again he looked over at her Tears and shot my suggestion of that down, again saying, "wellll NO yall dont need any joint representativeship "I" trust her"

at the scene of her Demise as Barbara Thornton still lay on the floor. as her 2 oldest children lay with her and cried, .......the other child stepped OVER her body with accomplices and in full view with NO remorse or morals rumaged through all the Deceased purses and Coatpockets. (when later questioned about this, she said she was looking for ANY and ALL financial buisness info and paperwork) ......NO, but who or better yet "WHAT" steps over their moms body searching for paperwork but yet havnt even taken minutes to Grieve yet? |

at Barbara Thorntons funeral as the 2 eldest children sat on the front row grieving, the SAME devilish other child got up and secretly collected ALL the sympathy-cards from the Guests and took ALL money out, then she handed the cards to my aunt to go read. (i dont know about my brother, but "i" didnt see 1 dime of any SYMPATHY-CARD money) just so that anyone who gave anything will now know |

after our mother Barbara Thornton died we 3 children sat together and made a verbal RESPECT pact with each other, that NONE of us!!! were to go take or remove ANYTHING from our mothers home. .....yet AGAIN the SAME child went to the house, removed ALL wanted items, AND even also took others to the house and let them pick-out whatever THEY wanted, leaving only PICKED-OVER items for me. THEN had the nerve and audacity to DEMAND we come ASAP and clean the rest of what was left out of the house. ....THEN she ran around and LIED and told family members we were not helping her cleanout our mothers house |
